A small number of cookies make the site work — remembering your consent choice, keeping the booking flow state intact between steps. These can't be turned off.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analyticsfor aggregate traffic measurement. It's privacy-respecting and doesn't set tracking cookies on your device.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with the site — anonymised heatmaps and session replays that help us improve the booking flow and find broken pages. Clarity is currently configured in cookieless mode: it does not set tracking cookies on your device, and we don't share personal data (name, email, payment details) with it. Sessions are linked to your account by an opaque ID only if you're signed in.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic sources, conversion paths, and campaign performance. It runs in Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage categories defaulted to denied: no _ga or advertising cookies are set on your device, and only cookieless pings are sent for aggregate measurement until you grant consent. Signed-in users are referenced by an opaque ID only — never by name, email, or payment details.

None of our analytics tools are used on admin pages, and no marketing pixels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) are installed.

Embedded media

YouTube and OpenStreetMap embeds may set their own cookies when you interact with them. We try to use privacy-enhanced versions where available.
